REFUNDS:
No Refunds. No exceptions. All unused deposits/payments can be transferred to another client or another service, but must be used within 3 months of deposit payment date. If a rescheduling extension is needed, please contact MK directly. We do all we can to ensure you receive the best service possible, Thank you for understanding.
LATE FEES:
A Late Fee $25.00 will be applied after 5 minutes of service start time for Mini Sessions and after 15 minutes of services for Full sessions. Once the late fee is paid, the client will receive their full service time. If client would like to avoid the late fee, they must use the remaining shoot time left in booked service hour(s).
"You are late" Example: If your shoot is 3:00pm to 4:00pm and you arrive at 3:17pm, a late fee will be applied in order for you to have a full 60-minute shoot. If you are okay with using the remaining 43 minutes that are left in your session, no late fee will be applied to your balance.
RESCHEDULING:
Clients have the option to contact MK directly and reschedule any service without penalty. However, a $25.00 rescheduling fee will be applied if the client is looking to reschedule a service within 48 hours of the service date/time. To avoid the rescheduling fee, please reschedule 3 or more days prior to your original service date.
WEDDINGS:
Wedding Package Services must be paid in full by/before Wedding Date. No Refunds - read above for refund policy. Turnaround Times will vary.
Wedding Photography (3-4 Weeks) Wedding Videography (6-7 Weeks). No Raw Footage will be given, reviewed, or purchased. ShotByMK only provides Edited Wedding Photography & Edited Highlight Videography.
AMOUNT OF IMAGES:
Each service and/or package comes with a specific amount of retouched images. Additional Images from your session are available for purchase.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
All videos and Images are delivered digitally. Client's online image gallery will contain a copy of non-watermarked and watermarked images, both available for download. Each gallery will be removed from the online hosting source 10 days from delivery date. If client fails to download images by download expiration date, a $50.00 reupload fee will be applied.
RAW IMAGES/VIDEO FOOTAGE:
Raw Images from Studio sessions can be purchased for $3.00 each. No Raw Video Footage will be given, reviewed, or purchased. ShotByMK only Edited Highlight Videography.
VIDEO EDIT(s):
Once your visuals have been edited they will be sent via email for all FINAL feedback and FINAL changes. All desired changes, if any, must be sent via email. Once the changes are made and client approves of the new video version, the final video file will be sent to client and the project will be closed. No further edits will be made to closed projects without a $50.00 "Reopen Project Fee."
OTHER FEES:
Client may be responsible for replacing any equipment broken during session, situation based.
Client must cover parking fees involved in Client’s Desired Service Location.
WATERMARKS:
Watermarks will be placed on all video projects or complimentary services, at the creator’s discretion. A removal fee for undesired watermarks can be applied and may vary project to project. The fee will vary from $50 to $500, depending on project and client's needs. ShotByMK holds the final watermark decision of any ShotByMK projects.

Q: Where is the studio?
A: Depending on the package, each studio session takes place at ShotByMK Studio in Decatur, GA or Cam Kirk Studios in Atlanta, GA.

Q: WHO pickS the outdoor shoot location?
A: You pick! The great thing is MK provides a list of outdoor options for you to select from (Local & Public Outdoors places located in the Metro-Atlanta Area).
Q: Can I bring someone to my session to HELP and take behind the scenes photos?
A: Of course! Please let MK know exactly who to expect at your session. She may capture some BTS footage as well.
Q: What should I... or my family wear to our photo session?
A: Great Question! It all just depends on several factors... Like the TYPE of shoot, the season of weather outside, and more. MK will speak to you directly and provided outfit suggestions but, most importantly, please wear what you feel you look your best in!
